Any other building emergency call Bonanza Realty at 333-1244. In the evenings or on weekends leave a message on the voice mail and the emergency call will be forwarded to someone who will respond. You may also call Gordon Hazell at home at 345-2998. Q. Who do I call if I have questions about my monthly statement? Call Bonanza Realty at 333-1244. Q. How do I monitor the front door on my TV? A. The front door may be viewed only on the Woronzof cable service by selecting channel 9. This is different from the GCI cable service. There are generally two cable outlets in each unit. One is the Woronzof cable system that receives signals from the antenna on the roof and the front door camera while the other is the GCI cablevision system. The front door can be viewed only by connecting to the building cable system not the GCI cablevision one. Q. The downstairs telephone does not connect with my unit. How do I change that? A. The downstairs telephone next to the inner entry door is programmed to dial a telephone number. If it does not ring your unit chances are it is still programmed to call the telephone number of the previous unit occupant. To change this call Bonanza Realty at 333-1244 who will reprogram the phone to call your unit. Q. How do I receive visitors since this is a secure building? A. After 10:00 pm all visitors without keys must be met at the exterior door as it operates on a time lock. Until 10:00 pm visitors may either be met downstairs and escorted in or they can call you from the waiting area. By picking up the downstairs telephone and dialing your units two digit number they will call your unit. This is done using the normal telephone system. If you are on the phone and do not have call waiting the visitor will receive a busy signal. When you answer the phone and elect to let your visitor in you can release the door lock (buzz them in) by pushing the number 6 on your telephone. At that time your telephone will "go dead" and you can hang up. The door lock will be released and they can enter the elevator lobby. They will be able to call the elevator to the ground floor and enter the elevator but you must go out into the hallway and call the elevator to your floor in order to bring them up. Your guests may leave without assistance since a key is needed only for the trip up. A. Each unit has a designated parking spot. Unit owners must park their primary vehicle in their designated parking spot. At no time are owners allowed to park in a visitor designated spot. Other spots are on a first come first serve basis. A. Temporary guests may park in a visitor designated spot or in any unmarked area. Repeat overnight guests may not park in a visitor designated spot. In the case of entertaining where there are several guests they may also park in front of the building after 6:00 pm until 8:00 am the following day.. They must place a card or notice on the dash indicating the unit number and phone number of the host. Failure to do so may result in the car(s) being towed. Q. Where can I store my bicycle? A. All personal items to include bicycles must be stored inside the units or in the individual storage areas. However there is an area underneath the East stairwell that bicycles may be kept. This is a "store at your own risk" area and the Association is not responsible for theft or vandalism of any bicycles left there. Q. What should I do if I break my building key off in the entry door? A. Call Bonanza Realty at 333-1244 or one of the Board of Directors as soon as possible. The door cannot be opened when this happens. A locksmith will be needed to repair the lock. Access to the building will only be available through the stairwells until the door is blocked opened or fixed. Breaking of the key occurs from repeatedly opening the door by pulling on the key. This causes, over time, the metal in the key to become fatigued and finally to break. To avoid this, use the door handle to open the door after unlocking with the key.
