MINUTES OF THE  WORONZOF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

August 22nd, 2001

Attendees:  Tom Alexander, Gloria Kron, James Call and Kris Conquergood

I.  President, Tom Alexander opened the meeting and 7:45pm and determined there was a quorum. The Board accepted Kris Conquergood’s resignation since she is no longer and condo owner at Woronzof.

II.  Minutes:  The minutes of the July Meeting were not available for approval.

III.  Financial report:  Mike Courtney was not present to present the financial reports.  The Board postponed reports until the September meeting.

IV.  Old Business

A.  Follow-up Items. 

Kris Conquergood reviewed the attached status report. 

B.  Electrical Receptacles in Parking Lot:  The Board approved Electric Inc. bid for repairs.

C.  Emergency Lights:  The Board approved Electric Inc. bid for replacement of non-working emergency lights in hallway.

D.  Emergency Signs for elevators:  The Board approved obtaining the signs from the elevator service company.

E.  Fence repair:  The Board agreed to put this project on hold until they can discuss it with Mike Courtney and determine the amount of money in the Fence reserve.

F.  Snow removal contract:  The board discussed the bid obtained by Tom Alexander and Joe Fisher from Inlet View..The Board will continue the discussion in the September meeting. 

V.  New Business

A.  New Board member:  The Board asked James Call to as Chris Bates and Hugh Bertmaring, the new owners of 701 if they are interested in being a board member and invite them to the September meeting.

B.  Full-time Manager:  The Board discussed the possibility of full time manager because taking care of the needs of the building and tenants is a time consuming job and someone needs to respond to the problems in a time manner. 

C.  Abandoned or stored car:  Gloria Kron noted that a vehicle has been parked next to the fence on West side for weeks.  Tom Alexander agreed to contact police and or Department of Motor Vehicles to see if they can obtain name of owner.  Gloria is also going to post a sign on the lobby door requesting owner to contact board member.

VI.  Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm.
