Open Meeting—Tom Alexander opened the meeting and
determined there was a quorum at 6:30pm.
Minutes of the Previous Meeting—The minutes were
distributed but approval was postponed until next meeting.

Management Service: The Board
members reviewed the two candidates for full time manager—Gordon Hazell o f
Bonanza Realty and Pam Snow of Snow’s Management, Inc.
The Board agreed unanimously to accept the offer of Gordon Hazell for
full time management at a cost of $16.00 a unit. The price would be billed at $14.50 per unit for property
management and $1.50 per unit for Asset management.
