NOVEMBER 21, 2002

The following Directors were present:

Mike Zimmerman

Joe Fisher

Gloria Kron

A quorum being present, the meeting was called to order at the hour of 8:37 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting was to elect the officers and to update the signature cards for the Association’s accounts.

The following Directors were nominated and elected to the office:

                                    Gloria Kron – President

                                    Joe Fisher – Vice-President

                                    Mary Ellen Gordian – Secretary

                                    Mike Zimmerman – Treasurer

                                    James Call – Director

Signature cards were signed.

A discussion was held on the current status of a stored vehicle in the Association’s parking lot. Joe Fisher volunteered to speak to the owner of the vehicle regarding the matter.

The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2003, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in the 2^nd floor conference room of the Association.

Being no further business to come before the Board to discuss at this time, the meeting was adjourned at the hour of 9:03 p.m.
