NEXT MEETING DATE:

The next meeting of the Board of Directors of The Woronzof Homeowner Association will be held on Tuesday February 26th at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd floor conference room. Homeowners are invited to attend. If you are unable to attend but would like something brought before the Board please contact a Board member or give us a call at Bonanza.

GCI CABLE TV SERVICE:

The Board of Directors is looking into the feasibility of providing bulk cable TV service to al the residential units in the building. GCI is willing to enter into a bulk service agreement for  1 to 5 years providing the Preferred Service of 57 channels for a cost of $ 19.26 per month. This will also include the front security camera. This is based on all 31 residential units signed up for the service. They will bill the Association one bill and it would be added to your account and billed with your monthly billing from the Association. If you wanted premium channels (HBO, SHOWTIME, Pay-Per-View, etc) you will be billed directly from GCI. The commercial units are not required to participate but may if they wish.
